A Bit About Me
My aviation journey has been anything but ordinary. What began as a childhood fascination with aircraft turned into a lifelong pursuit of precision, purpose, and professionalism in the sky.

I still remember the feeling of my first solo flight — the engine’s hum, the quiet confidence of takeoff, and the realization that I was doing something I once only dreamed about. That moment anchored my path forward. Since then, I’ve accumulated over 1000 flight hours, including more than 830 as Pilot-in-Command, and have flown across some of the most scenic and dynamic routes in British Columbia. From Campbell River to Powell River, Victoria to Qualicum Beach, each flight has deepened my respect for aviation and sharpened my skills in diverse airspace.

Working at United Airlines (YVR) added another layer to my understanding — one that grounded me in the operational, people-first side of the aviation industry. It taught me the importance of communication, empathy, and calm professionalism, even when things don’t go as planned.

Now, as a Flight Instructor at Professional Flight Centre, I get to pay it forward. I've guided students from all over the world — each one bringing unique goals, challenges, and personalities. Whether it's their first takeoff or preparing for a flight test, I aim to be a steady hand and a supportive presence, helping them grow not just as pilots but as decision-makers in the cockpit.

What drives me every day is the belief that aviation is more than just a career — it’s a mindset. A commitment to discipline, learning, humility, and progress. My long-term goal is to grow into a strong First Officer and eventually a Captain who leads with clarity, compassion, and competence.

Every time I walk onto the ramp, step into an aircraft, or see a student accomplish a milestone — I’m reminded why I chose this path. I don’t just fly to travel. I fly to evolve, to teach, and to inspire.

Because for me, flying isn't just what I do. It's who I am.
Work Experience
March 2024 - Present
November 2022 - June 2024
August 2021 - November 2022
As a Class 3 Flight Instructor at Professional Flight Centre, I’ve trained both domestic and international students toward their Recreational, Private, and Commercial licenses, logging over 800 instructional hours. I specialize in clear communication, flight safety, and helping students build confidence across all phases of training.
At United Airlines, I assisted passengers with check-ins, flight changes, documentation, and baggage concerns, contributing to efficient boarding and high customer satisfaction. This role sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure airport environment.
At Staples, I supported both retail and business customers by offering tailored solutions across print, digital marketing, shipping, and tech services. I managed customer orders efficiently, ensured quality control, and contributed to store sales goals. This role strengthened my attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills while helping customers work, learn, and grow through a positive in-store experience.
